💚 Feeling grateful for the Empowering Climate Action Nature Walk I had the pleasure to facilitate for Feminist Climate Action in Amsterdamse Bos. 🌳 A group of women who care and want to take action to create a sustainable future gathered in the forest to reconnect with themselves, nature, and each other. This experience was so powerful. 🌟 We started with a mindfulness session to ground ourselves, arrive in the moment, and open our hearts and minds for the experience ahead.

Did you know that it’s Earth Day and it turns 55 today? 🌎 It takes place every year on April 22nd and was created back in 1970 by Gaylord Nelson, a passionate US senator and environmentalist, alongside Denis Hayes, a Harvard University graduate student. Their growing concern about our planet's health motivated them to create a day that would get people involved and taking action. On the first Earth day over 20 Million people across the US went on the streets to demonstrate.
